Software Update for AcStag app to version 1.0.5

We have released a new firmware version, v1.0.5, for controllers in the STAG 500 GO family. The update introduces new features, expands configuration options, and includes a number of improvements that enhance the calibration experience and the system’s day-to-day operation.

Requirements

To use a controller with firmware v1.0.5, you need the app version 0.63 or later.

Key Changes in Version 1.0.5

New FPI Features

Support for the FPI feature has been added to the software; it is enabled by default.

Connection:

  • Pin 9 – sensor (red-and-black wire)
  • Pin 10 – ECU (purple-black wire)

Option to disable selected maps

A feature has been added that allows you to disable selected maps, enabling more flexible customization of the configuration for a specific vehicle.

Changing the Default Signal Reading Parameters

To improve compatibility with certain vehicles, the default values have been changed:

Fuel pump

  • increase: 50%
  • pulse detection threshold: 2.5 V

Gasoline Injection

  • increase: 50%
  • pulse detection threshold: 2.5 V

This change resolves instances where certain vehicles would not start with the previous settings.

Autocalibration Improvements

A number of changes have been implemented to improve the autocalibration process:

  • The restrictions on the permissible range of MAP vacuum have been removed,
  • If the motor stops while the multiplier is being set, the autocalibration status will be set to “successfully completed” (the multiplier itself still requires manual adjustment),
  • The initial and minimum allowable control current for the high-pressure (HP) pump have been reduced.

OBD Self-Testing Device Improvements

The behavior of the automatic OBD error clearing function has been improved:

  • Fixed an issue where the auto-reset function would not activate when the ignition was turned on while the "Reset During Cut-off" feature was enabled,
  • A feature has been added to automatically clear errors even after the ignition is turned off.

Expanded range of engine speed settings

The maximum allowed range for the "Number of pulses per motor revolution" parameter has been increased to 200, allowing support for a wider range of motor configurations.
