The STAG warranty is designed to support workshops that install systems and ensure real safety for drivers. Below you will find guidelines that help avoid misunderstandings and make your daily work easier.
Remember that the workshop installing the gas system is the guarantor in relation to the customer
The warranty covers:
- 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FOR STAG ELECTRONICS, MECHANICAL PARTS MANUFACTURED BY AC S.A., AND LED, PS, WPG, AFR, EMULATORS, SETTLING FILTER, SXC SCANNER, TAP, BLUETOOTH, STAG TUNING, HEATER, TELEMETRY MODULE.
- 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION ON STAG 400 DPI ELECTRONICS
- 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FOR Q-GENERATION ELECTRONICS (QBOX, QBOX PLUS, QNEXT, QMAX BASIC, QMAX PLUS); however, mechanical parts installed with Q-generation products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase
- 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FOR MECHANICAL PARTS FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS

IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM (ELECTRONICS, MECHANICS), A DESCRIPTION OF THE DEFECT IS REQUIRED IN THE WARRANTY BOOK:

WARRANTY FOR OTHER PRODUCTS FROM AC S.A.'S RANGE
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase; details regarding the warranty for the above products are provided in the INSTRUCTIONS for each product. This applies to products such as:
- TAP,
- HEATER,
- BLUETOOTH,
- STAG TUNING
- AFR
- TELEMETRY MODULE
- SXC SCANNER,
- And other AC productions
If an "additional" product is installed, please enter the following in the warranty booklet:
- which product was installed,
- installation date
- description of the fault

- Claims submitted by a repair shop without a report or a photocopy or scan of the warranty booklet will not be processed. In the case of a bulk claim (from a Distributor), a claim report must be included.
- The minutes may also be sent electronically to the following address: serwis.gwarancyjny@ac.com.pl
- In the event of a bulk complaint regarding products covered by a warranty, the Distributors will be responsible for the costs of service and repairs.
- We offer paid repairs for parts not covered by the warranty. To use this service, please include a written request for repair service from AC S.A. with the damaged product and provide your contact information (first name, last name, address, phone number). Service and shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of the repair work.
